In today’s busy life, we are becoming irresponsible towards our own health. Our mind is getting over burdened with stress and hypertension which is highly impacting our body and is causing a huge imbalance in our hormones which is again multiplying our health issues.
Estimates claim that around 8 million people die every year due to imbalanced hormones which can cause tremendous level of health problems like anxiety, insomnia and mood disturbance.
It has been scientifically proven that plants disseminate positive energy in the environment which not only makes us feel fresh but boosts us with positive hormones. It has been studied that connecting to nature can solve numerous health problems like depression, anxiety and other various chronic diseases as well.
In this world of insufficient oxygen and distress, there is an urgent need for us to connect with nature so that we can be saved from premature death.
Gardening is the easiest way to connect with nature. It plays a very major role in human living system. . Getting closer with nature can imbibe good bacteria in our body and reduces the amount and working of bad bacteria. It may seem cliché but planting or gardening can be referred as “God Father”.
